Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

Open MyVan → Settings (bottom navigation) → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes your profile, photos, and (for drivers) your vehicle record.

Option 2 — Request deletion here (no app required)

If you no longer have the app installed, fill this in and we'll process the deletion for you.

This opens an email to hello@myvan.lk with your request. We verify the mobile number against our records and delete the associated account, profile, photos, and (for drivers) vehicle record within 7 business days. We will reply to confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile (name, mobile number, photo)
  • For drivers: NIC details, NIC photo, vehicle record and photo
  • For parents: registered child/school information linked to your account
  • Any live location data associated with your account (this is already cleared automatically at the end of every trip)
